Kathleen C. Pisch is a senior fundraising executive with more than 20 years of successful experience. Her expertise includes philanthropic market analysis; comprehensive assessment and evaluation of development programs; strategic planning for fundraising; and design and implementation of effective development systems.
Prior to becoming president and chief operating officer of The Compass Group, Mrs. Pisch served in leadership development positions at the University of Maryland, Duke University Medical Center, Iowa State University, Berry College, and Michigan State University. She has consulted to a wide spectrum of nonprofit organizations including private colleges, public universities, youth groups, literacy organizations, cultural organizations, and social service and environmental agencies.
A Michigan native, she holds a bachelor’s degree from the Michigan State University College of Social Sciences.
Mrs. Pisch has presented at national conferences sponsored by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), the Association of Governing Boards of Colleges and Universities (AGB), the Big 12 Conference and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).
